A cart is sent across a level track to collide into a bumper.  The average force that the bumper exerts on the cart is found.

This is the Lab 10 Tier 2 Challenge Set-Up. This set-up presents an “error” in conducting the trial which affects the student’s result. The challenge is for the student to determine what Danny did wrong in conducting his trial and determining how the error impacted the results.
